Intervision
It is not Super-vision. It is Inter-vision.

It is not Super-vision, because there is no superiority in the group. It is Inter-vision because it is based on interaction and inter-relationship where all the participants are equal participants and experts. Other may call it peer-consultation.

This style of peer-consultation is developed in Europe and has been widely used in many field, including coaching, counseling, and business. During intervision meetings, you will experience respectful and supported environment while you are exploring ways to make your practice better. Many participants stated that they have gotten a lot out of meeting, such as new perspectives, confidence, and sense of direction.
