The book “Hope in Action”

The word suicide is scary to hear.

Even for mental health professionals too.

I am reading “Hope in Action” by Dr Heather Fiske, hoping that I can manage my own reaction and be helpful for clients in a therapy meeting.

So far, I love how it has a dialogues with Dr Fiske’s comment on why she asked what she asked. And her determination and focus on clients’ hope and resources are amazing.

It is the book I choose for the Solution Focused Book club meeting for August and hopefully we continue discussion for few months.
